Why is my Advanced Mining Wallet GH/s different than I expected?

Answer/Solution:
If you are on a monthly payment schedule for a mining package, you may have missed a payment and emails from the Admin staff. All monthly payment contracts contain clauses about punitive policies for late or non-payment.
Per the terms of the contract, if a payment has lapsed after 5 days, a late fee will be assessed and after 10 total days the package will be considered in "default" status. Default entails that the GH/s of the package may be reduced down to 25%. It is the discretion of the staff to allow members to pay a reactivation fee to restore the hashpower.
In rare cases, there may be a system glitch affecting your Advanced Mining Wallet or backoffice account. In these situation, our team of dedicated Advanced Mining Wallet engineers will investigate and rectify any related issues.
