I don't seem to be receiving some emails from Advanced Mining
I'm not receiving any Advanced Mining email communications
Answer/Solution:
Have you added advancedmining.io to your whitelisted sites from your email provider? If not it may be blocking or marking our emails as spam.
For context, all members may be sent periodic email updates for company-wide policies and changes.
If you have elected to have a monthly payment package especially via Crypto, you should be receiving regular invoices and emails from Advanced Mining or directly from Advanced Mining staff members.
We recommend checking your spam or junk mail as well as any relevant settings. If you owe a payment, we encourage reaching out to our staff in order to verify any unpaid balances, especially prior to the due date. Late payments are subject to a $35 late fee and after 10 days a package may be considered in default.
Please note the schedule:
- Crypto invoices for orders prior to November 21, 2020, are due on the 15th of every month.
- Crypto Invoices for order on November 21 onward are due on the 1st of the month (after the initial invoice).
Ultimately members are responsible for checking and maintaining their email inboxes.
