Why do I have a late fee?
Why do I have a reactivation fee?
If you have elected to pay a mining package on a monthly basis, these payments are expected to be fulfilled regularly on time. Crypto invoices must be manually submitted for payment, but per the terms of each Monthly Payment Agreement, after 5 days have elapsed, a $35 late fee will be applied. After 10 total days late, the package may be placed in "Default" status and the hashpower will be reduced to 25% of your original mining power. At this point, you will have 14 days to reactivate after paying a $100 reactivation fee.
If we have not received payment after the 25th day, your package will be considered permanently downgraded to 25% of your original mining power.
Because all Crypto invoices are due on either the 1st or 15th of the month (depending on your order date, but this will be explicitly noted on your invoice) please note that if you have not paid by the 6th or the 20th, you may expect a late fee to be added into your bill. Late fees must be paid as part of the total monthly invoice.
Credit Card payments are automatically processed, however, in the case of a payment failure, the customer is still responsible for making the payment after receiving notification from the staff. If the payment deadline passes, these payment methods may still be subject to $35 late fee.
If your order was made before November 2021, please contact support for more information about late fees or hash power reduction.
