Dear Advanced Miner,
Record breaking heat wave is causing our data centers to overheat above operating thresholds.
As an emergency measure to protect your mining equipment between June 30 and July 2nd, we are required to turn off all miners for 12 hours during the day while allowing mining operations during the other half in the evenings. This will result in your normal mining credits to be half during these days.
We apologize in advance for this inconvenience and hope you understand this emergency action is to protect the life and longevity of your miners.
Thank you in advance,
Advanced Mining Team
To ensure the health of your mining machines, engineers at our hosting center occasionally perform maintenance. Due to the heatwave, it would be unsafe to run them during all times of the day, which is why we are taking preventative measures to protect your mining equipment.
Note that per the contract, Advanced Mining guarantees 95% annual uptime and that this falls within the range of normal maintenance.
