I am having issues and errors saving a LoginName

Root Cause (if applicable):
- Selected LoginName is already chosen and saved by another member
- Selected LoginName is less than 8 characters long
- Selected LoginName is greater than 15 characters long
- Selected LoginName does not contain any numbers and at least 1 number is required
- Selected LoginName does not contain any alphabet and at least 1 alphabet character is required
- Selected LoginName contains symbols or special characters that is not allowed
- User is using an unsupported browser
Solution/Answer:
Ensure that you are using a supported browser on a system that meets minimal requirements.
The qualified LoginName is chosen by each member and needs to be:
- unique (if another member already reserve it, you need to choose another)
- Between eight and fifteen characters
- Must have at least one alphabetical character (a-z)
- Must have at least one numerical character (0-9)
- May optionally contain special characters from these choices of three:
- . (dot or period)
- - (dash, minus sign, or hyphen)
- _ (underscore)
| NOTE: "free2be.me" is used as an example here to display how it fits the rule of the LoginName. Obviously, this name is already selected had saved by another member, so it cannot be used again by a different member. |
For example, "free2be.me":
- Is ten characters long so it fits the rule of between eight and fifteen characters
- Contains eight alphabetical characters: f,r,e,b, and m
- Contains one numerical character: 2
- Contains one allowed special character: . (the dot character)
NOTE: You will receive an error if your LoginName is already saved by another member. You will need to choose a different name.
