Answer/Solution:
Every month, members who have selected ACH Payments as their monthly payment option will receive their invoice via email. From the invoice email, members will be directed to Wave to complete payment.
ACH monthly payments are processed on Wave through Plaid - the industry standard to securely connect your bank to financial applications. All ACH monthly payments paid to Advanced Mining must be made through Wave's integration of Plaid. While there is an option to manually complete your invoice without Plaid, we will not be able to accept those payments unless Plaid does not support your banking institution.

Step One: Search for the banking institution that you would like to use to pay your ACH monthly invoice.
If you don't see your bank's logo in the logo array, try searching for it in the search box. |

Step Two: Confirm the banking institution that you are linking to Wave with Plaid. Press Continue. |

Step Three: Enter your banking credentials. This is how Plaid will connect your bank to Wave. |

Step Four: After logging in, Plaid will ask you to verify yourself via reCAPTCHA and phone/email. Plaid will text the phone number or email the address that your banking institution has on file. |

Step Five: After verifying your credentials, you will be able to submit your monthly payment. |
